ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/SECRETARY
Rosa Koerselman is the administrative assistant/secretary. She is married to Heath since April of 2012 and they have three kids: Vanessa, Carter, and Aubrie. We have three dogs and several inside cats. I love to be the welcoming face you see as you enter the church and the voice you hear as you call. In my free time I am a busy mom running kids to sports and different activities. In the few spare free minutes I have, I enjoy watching movies, doing devotions, putting puzzles together, playing board games, and just relaxing at home. I look forward to serving you for many years to come!
DANIELLE FISCHER
CUSTODIAN
Danielle Fischer is a mother of two boys, Elijah and Archer, and wife to Austin Fischer. She grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and has since moved around with her family in NW Iowa since 2010 before finally settling down in Sheldon. Danielle has 3 dogs and 1 cat to complete her family. She loves to clean , read books, watch cooking or discovery channel shows, hike, and go the gym. If she’s not doing any of those things, she can be found at her children's sporting events and activities, cheering them on.

YOUTH PASTOR & CHILDREN'S MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Hi! I'm Jon Eveland, the Children and Youth Pastor here at Faith Community Church. I am blessed to be married to my amazing wife, Sarah, and together we raise our two incredible kiddos, Vera and Warren, who keep life fun, busy, and full of joy.
I grew up in SE Iowa, am a Northwestern College grad, and have been serving in Youth Ministry for more than 12 years. I joined the Faith Community team in May of 2025, and I am incredibly grateful to help lead a ministry that partners with families to point children and youth towards Jesus. My heart is to see the next generation take their next faithful step towards God--learning who God is and who they are, discovering their place and giftings within the church and outside its walls, and growing a faith that lasts and points others to faith in Jesus.
When I'm not at church, you'll likely find me running, listening to worship music or podcasts, spending time with my family, or cheering (sometimes loudly) for the Denver Broncos, Iowa State Cyclones, and Atlanta Braves. I also enjoy a good show or movie at the end of the day.
It is a joy to walk alongside children, youth, and their families as we grow in faith together, and I'm thankful to be part of what God is doing here at Faith Community!
